My case:
I am doing post Doc for a University with H1B and I got a job offer from a company. Now I am trying to apply for O-1, but I am not very confident for getting it. My hu*****and just starts filing for EB2 now.
Question: is O-1 good to work for industries? is there any other possible way to work it out, like EAD?
