Finally I received I-140 (EB1b) RFE after 6 months. To share with people interested:
The citation evidence is persuasive that criterion (F) relating to authorship is met. Regarding other claimed criteria, the listed awards have not been shown to constitute major awards in the field, the beneficiary’s manu reviews have not been shown to have resulted in international recognition, and items claimed as published materials failed to establish the alien is recognized internationally as outstanding in the field. Please any available additional documentary evidence of international recognition, in existence as of the petition priority date, to demonstrate the beneficiary is recognized internationally as outstanding in the field of biochemistry and/or pharmaceutics.

It seems to me that the two major points are: 1) "the significance of my award" (society/meeting best abstract award for graduate students) --I plan to ask the society to write a letter to illustrate the significance of this award to young scientists. 2) “international recognition is the key”. I plan to gather 3-4 letters from Canada, Europe and Asia to show this. Any thing else can be helpful for evidence of international recognition? I think I’ve already ted such evidence (my paper was highlighted by a review article) but they didn’t count that.

One friend told me that he got a RFE of 13 pages. Mine is much short. Any suggestions how I should prepare RFE? I appreciate any ideas/thoughts. Tnx!!
