急问:AILF 官司? Function 文学城

我的 PERM 是在 6 月份批的，律师让我们报所有的移民材料，说要争取七月份提交140和485。但我的出生证明没有准备好，所以我的材料没有在7月2日邮寄到移民局。我的律师
说，如果我的材料在7月底以前递交到移民局，就可以加入到 AILF 官司。我觉得有些疑
惑，也不知这个官司什么时候能完，如果材料被拒，会不会影响将来的审批。不知
这里还有多少人想继续提交485的去加入到的官司中，恳请各位能给点建议。多谢!
