If i use my EAD to change my job after half year of I-485 filing, then my H1B will be invalid, then how could I file I-485 for my hu*****and, I mean what is my hu*****and's status for filing? As I think he has no valid H4 anymore.

He can file 485 within 6 months under 245(k),the law said
