Since my F1-F2 petition is pending, my hu*****and's employer will not file my H4 petition together with my hu*****and's H1b petition. I will need to file H4 petition by myself. So the question is when should I file? After my hu*****and get the receipt of his H1b petition? Or should I file my petition on the same day as my hu*****and's petition? When will my hu*****and lose his F1 status - the day USCIS receives his petition or the day USCIS approves his petition? Thanks a lot.
