I filed NIW last December (2006) when I was a graduate student. Presently, my I-140 is in pending. Now I'm in OPT and working with my EAD card.
Question #1: If in case my I-140 is denied, whether that will affect my OPT (F1) status?
Question #2: Do I need to send the supplementary documents, such as copy of EAD card, new publications,updated I-20 form, and so on to USCIS when my case is still pending, or I can wait until USCIS inform me to do so. If I need to send now, how to do so?
