I submitted the NIW 485 on July 2 (both I140 and 485 pending) with no receipt yet. I want to submit another I485 for the Eb1a (I140 just got approved). How to answer the question on the I845 form in the part 3 "Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?"
should I answer "yes", right? although the I485 for the NIW has no recipt and is pending?
