I just talked with my lawyer & she said I would have to have a job offer handy at the interview since EB3 GC is for future job. The VO would not care whether I do not have a job offer because I do not have EAD or not. The VO would not care whether I quit the job because of the baby. They will deny my peition if I do not have a job offer handy at the time of interview. Regardless of any reason I do not have an offer at the interview.
My lawyer also said I can not be self employed. :-(
