Can I e-file 140 on 7/31, so the 140 will go to TSC according to direct filing
,even I may have to pay the new increased fee for filing 140. I will get a e-file receipt number right way. after that I will send supporting materials to TSC probably in eary August.
And I will use this e-file receipt number to file 485 by 8/17 with
using the old filing fee for 485.
Am I right?
