Dear Friends,
My wife's H4 is pending on 221g check and chance is getting smaller to join my I-485 submission in US before August 17.

Can someone point me to information regarding how to submit I-485 like application in China? Specifically seeking for forms to file, fees, loation to send applications so on and so forth.

Information in US Guangzhou Consulate is not that clear and too high level.
