1, 7 月递的140/485,拿到485收据后,H1能延1年,还是3年?

2, 若140 被拒,H1 身份立即失效还是一直保持到H1的expired date?

如果你H-1B 6年已经用完，正在一年一年延期，如果你I-140已经approve，那么可以申请三年
