Hi, friends, I am preparing for B2 extensions for my parents. I am currently a student. I checked this website and found only few previous postings on this topic. Below is the list of information I was told to prepare, and I would appreciate if you can add something to make it complete or correct:
1. A letter to BCIS (explain the reason to file the extension etc., anybody has a template for me to follow? thanks)
2. I-539 form;
3. Original I-94 (somebody said copies worked?)
4. Passport copy;
5. Visa copy;
6. Financial affidavit;
7. application fee: $140 for 2?
8. Notarial certificate of the relationship with your parents;
9. Returning ticket: with new returning date?
After making it complete, we can post on the board for others to refer in the future. Many thanks
