Early this year my current company transferred H1B for me. And after the approval, I got I-1797A form and Form ETA 9035E.
Now I finally got a job offer close to my hu*****and. So I need to transfer H1-B again after half year. This time my employer is a non-profit organization and has never dealt with H1-B etc. So I beg all of your opinions for my following questions:
1. Is it okay to transfer the H1B visa from profit company to a non-profit organization by filing I-129 form? Or does it require different steps?
2. Is it okay to transfer H1-B only after 6 months?
3. Does ETA 9035E need to be filed? If yes, when? why I got this form for my previous companies?
4. What is the LAC code and NAICS code for database developer?
5. what steps need to be done in order to complete the transfer officially?
