I've filed 485, and am stuck at name check. Don't know how long it's going to take. I'm the dependent applicant. I'm thinking of initiate PERM application for myself through employer so that in case current 485 fails (due to LD's unstable job) I can file another 485 right away. But I'm not sure if the new application will have negative impact on current 485 applicaiton.
