My hu*****and needs to renew H1 and my kids H4 is under his nmae. I have submitted 485 and got A# for him and my kids. Now, the form from company lawyer includes one question: whether my kids have applied for 485 and if yes, what is the A# (only the form for H4, not for H1). Since my hu*****and is doing LC now, so we don't want company know that he has applied immigration with me. So, is it ok that we say no 485 submitted for the kids? Whether this information be included in latter H4 application form? Or it is only an infor for lawyer. if we tell the lawyer, whether the company will know since this lawyer is hired by company?
