Thanks the help from Master 8. One question about the answer for whether revoke h1b will trigger 485 rfe. From the blog of pjiang, the H1b layoff can trigger the ref of 485 - "一般是在处理日期附近才收到 RFE, 但也有一种突兀而至的。这种情况多出现在 sponsor 通知移民局 H-1b 的提前终止，有的申请人会因此很快地收到 EV 的 RFE." Although I believed that our 485 is pre-adjusted, since employer will inform 移民局 if my spouse is laid off (H1b), will this trigger ref of 485? Did the department for this two process communicate each other? Thanks
