Hi,

My parents got visitor visa on June 2012, but for some personal reasons, they didn't come. Now, they plan to come this May, do they still need to apply for visa? The one applied last year is 1year Multiple entry type. I am not very family with US visa, is there any time requirement for first time entry, for example, has to be enter US within 3month after get the visa? Is there any link about this question?
