Thanks for Master 8 reply on my previous question (transfer H1b). Now I got more info from company B: because I am on 6 yrs limit, they are worrying about the withdraw of I140 from company A which will result the reject of my H1b transfer. So, they said that either I need get approval from company A for not withdrwaing my I140( this is not possible), or wait 3 more month for the transfer success. I don't want to wait so long since this is small area and it is hard to keep secret from company A. Therefore, my plan is to use my EAD that comes from my spouse and ask company B to start GC process for me immediately. My question is: in case company A withdraw my 140, can I still keep my PD from company A? My PD is very close to current, so, I don't want to loss it.
