NIW, filed VSC, 7/2005.
6/2007 still NC pending, wrote to FL 8/2007, no reply.
9,10/2007 went to congressman's office, told need to wait.
Early 11/2007 write to both senates, they contacted CIS, told NC still pending but can't expedite.
From the Dec VB, EB2 goes back to 2003. Prepare to wait for another year.
Surprisingly, on 11/20, case status changed to "approval notice mailed", 11/21, "card ordered".
Anybody knows how long it takes to receive the card? Just moved yesterday, kind of worry about the 2 messy address.
