I485 pending, have AP and EAD, apply to college but treated as i smallpeople2007-11-28 00:48:12

we have I140 approved and filed I485 / I485 pending, have AP and EAD in hand, apply to college but treated as international student.

I have conteated to multiple states, I was told my daughter will be treated as international student till she physically got the GC.

Need advices from any experts about this situations.
