请问皮匠等， 工作2年但有PHD,申请EB1-B, 140表已交. 但是在cover letter里未提及（疏忽了）工作经验一事。Department support letter 里只提了一句我满足了3年工作经验但没有justify. 这样的140会RFE吗？要WITHDRAW吗？在线等！
