I hold H4 visa now,I'll immigrate to Canada next month,My hu*****and (H1 visa)drive me to there,
should I hand in my I-94 to Canada border official or not?If I don't hand in my I-94, is there any problems
to apply a new visa to reentry the US if I want to visit my hu*****and(He is still in the US)over 30 days.
my friend told me there is a risk which my huaband drive me to Canada,Canada will take his canada green card back,
because he works in the US,we just get canada green card 1 year,
I know,we can keep Canada green card if we live in Canada 2 years within 5 years,so is there any risk
my hu*****and drives to Canada and US back and forth within 30 days?
Could anybody know the answer and help me ?I appreciated it.
