primary applicant got 2nd RFE email, but spouse got tigersaw2007-12-19 00:59:09

It is very wierd.

NSC asked RFE for both mine and my wife's I-485, and we responded in Nov.
Today, I got an email saying that they send RFE for my case. Several hours later, I got another email saying that "card in production" for my wife's case. Since I am the primary applicant, it would be very wierd that they approve my wife's case and asking for 2nd RFE for my case.

Does anyone know what is happening in NSC? Is it possible that they have system error and send out wrong emails?
