Dear teachers: I will have an infopass tomorrow in Dallas location. Does anyone have any experience there? I heard there was just a small window open to the parking lot. The infopass people even did not get into the building. My requesed service is : Speaking to the immigration officer on the name clear/background check clear issue. So my question is : will I get into the building to talk to the officer face to face or just talk to the person inside that little window? Is that person inside the window the immigration offer?
