I took the fingerprint on Jan. 4. Today I received the notice again to retake fingerprint because the first one couldn't be processed.
I did notice that most of my fingerprint images at 1st appointment had red warning on screen saying poor quality (or something like that). I asked the technician and he said no problem :(
My guess is that I'll most probably fail the 2nd one as well. What do I do if I fail the 2nd fingerprint?
Also, my hu*****and didn't get the 2nd notice (assuming he passed on the 1st one). Can he go with me to my 2nd appointment?
