Question for Dabaitu and Pjiang, I called FBI office this morning for my pending name check issue, I was connected to David M. Hardy office, then they say I called the wrong number. I am wondering if I can fax to his office for name check request? Does it affect my greencard application? THanks,

you can't inqiure your NC status directly from FBI
