Mr PJiang,
My attorny charges $500.00 for requesting Cross-Chargeability for my EB-3 based I-485. I studied your and other people's sample letter to USCIS about pending cases' Cross Chargeability or Alternate Chargeability.
My question is: Is it safer to have my attorney to draft this letter? Or, I could write the letter by myself. I have read many Internet blogs with mixed opinions: some said it is better to have attorney to draft the letter because they have ALIA liaison at the local USCIS service center etc.
Can you please advise? Moreover, if I were to write to USCIS (Nebraska Service Center), should I use NSC's mailing address for "General Inquiries" or I-485 applications? Thanks alot!
