I came to USA as B1. Then transfered to F1. After graduated, got a job and have H1B approved. But I need to come back to China to get the H1B new visa because of my cap between expiration date of OPT the October 1st. Is that very possible that I will be denied because I came in as B1? Please reply because I really have no idea whether or not I should prepare to come back to USA.
