我二月底MTR我家的因为140拒绝而拒绝的485们，Infopass说写封信要求reopen就行了，但是我怕他们一搁好几个月不理，就交钱但是没填表申请MTR（因为早过了30天了）。送到的第二天支票就被cash了，而且马上收到了收据。上边写着：
Application Type: MOTIC, MOTION TO REOPEN BEFORE THE COMMISSIONER
