I got F2 visa to come to US, then I changed to F1. So, my I94 will be valid until I finish my degree. I graduated in 2007, at that time, I got my EAD. My question is I want to use AP to visit my family, do I need to submit my I94, since it is not valid now. Is there any problems to come back since my I94 is not valid?
