File LC 2/3/01
Stucked in BLC for years, got LC approved on 11/25/06
Filed 140/485 on 3/2/07. I should take the premium process on I140, but I was stupid and listened to the lawer, had the regular one.
Had Finger Print around April 07, no LUD after that.
I140 got approved on 9/5/07.
Nothing happened then, went to Infopass, called NSC, got a ticket number and a letter 3/6/08 "contact USCIS if no result after 6 months".
After drank with friends and joked about the 10 years in US during the weekend, suddenly I got to 2 notices for "Receipt Number: LIN071085XXXX
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Card production ordered.
