After I-140 approved, we called TSC so many times, always one answer your name check is not cleared_:mad: . Wrote to first lady last X'mas, just got the FBI standard response two days ago. After new MEMO came out, we are so excited, everyday find someone got their GC with the MEMO working. We keep waiting and waiting, but nothing happened. Called TSC more than 5 times since Feb20, they always give all kind of excuses, except one person is nice enough told us our fingerprint just expired (15months). Therefore, when we got the 2nd FP notice we are really surprised.No LUD after FP, suddenly this after noon, we received welcome notice E-mails.
