I have bad luck to get a bad lawyer (assigned by company), and a RFE. She is suppose to respond RFE before April 24, but she is so busy to prepare materials right now. (Her best friend's wedding will be next weeks, and she will be the 伴娘)， She said she will apply for extension of RFE response and it is easy, because officer just gave us 42 days, it is less than legal 84 days period. Is she right? Should I trust her? I really don't want her to mess up my 140.
