谢谢你的回答。我还有点不清楚。如我在去年11月辞去工作（H1），再之前交了I539. 是否从辞职那日起就算Out of Stay， 从那时起到现在，我是否就是Legal stay, but out of status？ 这样out of stay >180, 我如回国签证是否就有麻烦了？多谢！！！
