I have a question regarding the new opt rule. According to ICE new rule, after 90 days of unemployment, I know the student is considered not maintaining F1 status requirement.
But does this new rules applly to all those students under their opt? I mean if this new rule also applies to those students who have won the H-1 Lottery for Year 2009, but don’t have a job now?
