CIS asked about our English translation of marriage certificate. Actually we send our notary of marriage certificate to CIS, but CIS questioned the translation seemed not exactly clear. What should we do? Can we just ask friend to translate and let the notary certified person in US do the notary for us? Or we must pay money to ask the formal translate company to do it?
