I am the primary application and 2nd finger print was done on Jan 2007. My wife's finger print was done two years ago.
Recently my wife received 2nd finger print notice, however I haven't received. I called national center and a gentleman told me it was normal we didn't receive at the same time. Now it is almost 3 weeks and I haven't received it. Is it normal? Btw, my case is pending at TSC and it has been current for a while (PD: Jan 2003).
