a question for Xiaobaitu or Pjiang l1232008-07-17 20:26:19

My EB2 I-140 approved and I-485 pending. If I go back to China to work and want to transfer my I-485 to CP. Do I need to submit another I-485 during CP? and will they ask for employment verification letter when CP?
