1. She used EB3 instead of EB2, although we have master degree.
2. Too expensive. Just for EAD and AP renewal, she charged us $1,700. Our EAD is pending over 4 months, I was terminated for a week, but she did nothing for us. She even did not inform us the 9/19/08 CIS Ombudsman Updates regarding EAD delays. For AC21, she wanted to charge $2,000.
3. For the I-485 interview, she wanted to charge $800 on "telephone prepare you for the interview". She is not willing to drive two hours to our local USCIS office.
Questions: The interview checklist is not complicated, I think we should be able to prepare by ourselves. However, over 6 yeas for all the H1B and Green Card applications, we had paid so much attorney fees already, $800 is nothing compared to what we had paid her.
The bottom line is that I am not happy with her and doubt whether the so called "telephone prepare you" is useful or not. Does anyone have experience?
Thanks!
