经济担保 I-134的有效期 lueyanj 文学城

我认真的拜读了pjiang的文章：经济担保 I-134 还是 I-864？上面说I-134的有效期是3年。是不是说，在这3年内我都可以反复用它为我父母办B2往返于美国与中国? 而不需要每次签证都重办一次经济担保吧？请pjiang确认。在此多谢！
