Both are pending
LUD for I140 on July, 26, 2008
No RFE
Two Inquiries for I140 made by Lawyers:
1.Waiting for results of the Name check. (Lawyers believed that it was a typical rely for I485, but incidentaly being made for I140)
2. Second inquire (Sep, 16, 2008)
Actively processing the case but performing an addtional review. Call if no response after 6 m.
Questions:
What is the addtional review?
Could be the I140 held off until NC is clear? or Both could be approved once the NC is done?
