1) If in first H1, salary is $50,000, in LCA it is $60,000, but in second H1, it is $70,000. Is there a problem for getting the LC and second H1 approved?
2) As to job description in LCA, since I am a senior position now (10 years expr.), does a job description of bachelor, 1 year experience have the same possibility to get LC approved as a job description of bachelor, 3 years experience does?
3) If in LCA you claim higher salary than that in H1 application, will this increase the possibility of LC approval (more challenging job) or introduce the risk that INS may think the company can not afford the high salary (if company is very small)?
4) If the answer to 2) is yes, and answer to 3) is the later case, does it mean your job description for LC should be as low level as possible as long as no qualified resume from American can be received during the advertisement?
5) If not 4), can we conclude that the higher requirements in description, the higher possibility to get LC approved?
Sorry for such complicated questions...
