Last week I got RFE asking for my updated 693 form, that's the first letter USCIS sent to me after 3 years waiting, pain in ass.
Is this letter any sign that they are working on my case? I had 1 infopass done recently knowing my NC has been cleared.
Does anyone has the same experience as me? How long its gonna take the USCIS approve my case after that RFE 693 is submitted? My online case status has never changed since 08/2005 when my application package was filed. This letter is the first paper I got from them since that.
My local USCIS local office is Garden City, NY.
