I landed US with immigrant visa (E1) one week ago. I also have a job offer. But the human resource did not accept my eligibility for working. Could you please advise me what to do to start working with my current situation? I already had a security number (I used when I held a J-1 visa last time). I am still waiting for my green card to reach me. Now I just have my passport with immigrant with me.
