昨天刚收移民局来信要求一个月内加补材料：1）各种材料复印件，比方说I-94,I-797,visa 之类的； 2）要求出具当前雇主的介绍信。怕误导理解，所以将英文原文拷贝入夏----Item 2) You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanant employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position, the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter should be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.
实际上本人06年交的I-140，07年交的I-485，NIW，08年10月份回到中国工作至今。所以请教一下对于第二个问题，我应如何做/我现在的状况会不会影响申请。
