I went Infopass about one month ago, and the Infopass officer told me my
case had been assigned to an IO to review. But first time I called USCIS this
morning, the representative told me that my case hasn't been assigned. I'm
so confused -- which information is correct? By the way, she asked me to call back in two weeks. What does that mean?
I called second time to verify my my PD and priority class, and was told my case is current. Does that mean they have the right PD and priority class?
By the way, each time I called today, I was asked to verify my name, even my address once. Is there any problem with their record about these? Thanks...
