在表格：IMM5406 E -- additional family information --section A 中,因为现在是
单身,在spouse or common-law partner 一栏中填的是 N/A.
这张表要求签字,摘录原文:
NOTE 1: If no spouse or common-law partner is listed in Section A, read and
sign below.
I certify that I do not have a spouse or a common-law partner, ex-spouse, or
former common-law partner.

在list中,他现在的确是没有spouse or common-law,而且填了 N/A按道理应该签,但是,
在签名保证的这句话中,又要求你确保没有ex-spouse (I certify that I do not have
a ...... ex-spouse, or former common-law partner.).
但我朋友又有前妻,是否应该签呢?不知道有没有知道确切答案的朋友给指点一下
