My H1-B1 I-797A: 01/01/08-12/31/10. But I didn’t notice my passport expiration date was 12/01/09 when I came back form China last summer. So I got 12/01/09 on my new white I-94 card. I went to one CBP office and has been told to file I-539. I did but has been rejected and been told to file I-129 amended petition.
My question:
I need send original white I-94 card or just copy?
I will receive new white I-94 or new I-797A ?
Do I need send a new LCA ETA 9035E?
I just need pay filing fee $320, right?
