I read your article with a link for USCIS memo dated Apr'08 for the planed processing time for Name Check. The Apr'08 memo stated that, by Jun'09, it would be expected that 98% of the Name Check would be completed within 30 days and process the remaining 2% within 90 days.

Pls help to advise if you know any updated policy/ memo on this subject?

I wanted to understand how long it takes to complete the name check now?
