I140 PD march 2008 can I file 485 and change job in 180days? shashadedeng2010-04-17 23:26:34

I notice that some people filed 140 and 485 at the same time, even though they have to wait for the PD, but they can change job in 6 months. I am NIW, PD 3/2008. My question is that, if I file 485 now while waiting for the PD, am I allowed to do that? Many thank to the experts in advance.
